I was satisfied once a third associate came to assist. The Samantha was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rush to make a decision even though there were others waiting for assistance. She explained which size bracelet was best for me and why. She also told me about the year warranty and I can get my bracelet cleaned for free.

The sales associate did not rush me thru the process of my purchase. All of the sales associates were busy when I arrived but they assured me that someone would be with me as soon as possible. I ended up spending more then I had planned, but I love the items I purchased!!!!

The sales associate that helped me out was very friendly and helped me pick out a ring. I saw the one I wanted in the window and she helped me try on the two colors in different sizes to find out which one was perfect for me.
