I love this store. I am obsessed with the jewelry and every time I come in there, there is always someone to help me and I get greeted and assisted right away. Great customer service.

Gabbie L greeted us right away, but was not overbearing. She was patient and gave us time to make decisions and she was very knowledgeable when we had questions. She had a very friendly and open personality!

I was designing a special bracelet for a colleague who is retiring. I had a specific budget and was able to put together a lovely bracelet with the help of the woman helping me... manager... forgot name, sorry!

The Chaldean girl was very nice she was very helpful Alondra. But I was very shocked all the other workers they were on their phones by the register taking pictures I don’t know if this is right and they were other customers waiting in the only girl that was helping me in the other ones they were inside and three of them were on the phone and there’s cameras you guys can see it too!!! Customers don’t like the way they feel disrespected and ignored
