The customer service of Samantha she had a headache but she was still so polite she was the best. I will return back because of her and I love pandora.

Always like the service I receive when I go, everyone is very helpful ,knowledgeable and pleasant. The one thing about the company itself that I don't like is when you are trying to find a item or a particular size, and even trying to track it at another store, the system you have for that is not very accurate and it doesn't update right away. I also don't understand when you see a certain size in something that is selling very well and you keep sending the other sizes in it people don't want. I Think the stores should be able to tell you what they need, and be able to get it. The stores have a waiting list book of what people want.
