This was my first time buying jewelry for my significant other. The associate helped me getting a good size pandora bracelet since it was a surprise. She also took time to go over the different charms to go along with the bracelet.

The Pandora experience for me began before I even entered the store when the first sales associate created order out of the chaos outside the store and found out that a particular charm I was looking to purchase was indeed in stock at this store. Once inside, that charm was already available/set aside, and I was shown many more charms, rings, bracelets and more that were available. The sales associate was very patient, listening to the description and details of the people I was purchasing for and making spot on suggestions of gifts that I could purchase. Although I spent more than I'd initially planned, this sales associate actually made me understand that I had actually gotten a great deal, and shared a final example of Pandora grace by offering me an opportunity to provide feedback from this experience which could translate into more savings.
