We came here the Friday before Christmas to get a gift. There was a line outside the store. The staff was taking names of customers in line and offering catalogs. This helped to ease the wait. It seemed like a long line but the staff kept it organised and the line moved quickly. All the staff was very kind to us. I would return and recommend this location.

Very friendly staff, providing excellent service, and recommendations; right to the point, and not wasting my time; being patient and spend e ough time for me to find what I wanted!

Having to wait in line but was handed a book, which made the shopping a lot faster. The salesperson was able to locate everything I needed. It was a timely fashion checking out.

I saw the merchandise traveling to New Orleans on December 1st at the Pandora store in Detroit Airport. I really liked the beautiful jewelry set and planned to purchase it as soon as I returned back to Michigan.

The salesclerk was very pleasant. The flow was very organized even with the the number of people in the store.

The sales associate was professional, helpful and personable. She located the charm that I was looking for and also gave ideas for for future charms.
