I Purchased several bracelets for Christmas presents and charms. Everything I wanted was in stock and the sales associate was very efficient. Given that it’s Christmas the store was crowded and difficult to navigate

i have been to many pandora shops but the shop at sommerset mall is my most favorable. the staff were all friendly and they were really happy to assist me in my purchase. i felt important and respected.
