Customer Service was very friendly and welcoming. Excited to assist and very patient. Really made my shopping experience pleasurable! I was highly disappointed that Pandora stores verses Pandora online does not price match for the customers. Not everyone shops online. Therefore if the Company is offering discounts and I AM spending over a thousand dollars; providing the customer with every opportunity that the company is offering, should be the Company's top priority when servicing the customers. It is my highest intentions that this company really can appreciate customer feedback and take actions.
