The sales lady was very nice. I bought my daughter a charm from this store before and it never tarnished that's why I was back to this store to buy here her Christmas gift.

It is a great store and I love the merchandise. It was the weekend after thanksgiving so I expected a wait. The girl at the door was great. She was very kind and friendly. The sales associate was unpleasant, as if I was bothering her! This is the first time I have ever encountered a non friendly associate since I have been shopping at pandora. My daughter and I did mention this to the woman at the door as we left. This will not keep me from coming back, but was dissapointed with her.

I am in love with this store always. If I could, I always buy there.

The sales Associate was so friendly and knowledgeable in helping me pick the perfect Christmas gift for my teenage daughter.
