Merna was excellent and very knowledgeable. Asked what I was looking for and suggested options. 5 star sales associate!

When I walked in immediately the attendant knew the exact merchandise I shortly explained. She quickly took it out and began to show me the various pieces. She smiled as she explained the items and was very helpful. I will go back to buy more pieces and charms. Very convenient and helpful staff. I'm recommending this place to all my family members and anyone I know or meet in the future. Thanks again!

I was addressed right as I walked into the store. I was pleased by the number of selections offered to me. The store itself was very clean and set up in a way where I could find what I was looking for.

The sales associate, Lois R, was very helpful and sweet. She made my exchange and purchase quick and easy! She was also very knowledgeable about the items in the store. I would recommend my family to buy from her.

The reflections bracelet and charms were a nice change to the usual pandora bracelets I’ve purchased in the past. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was a little slow however I love my new purchase.

I was warmly greeted and waited on promptly. Sales associated was very friendly and helpful by offering different suggestions and options. She also informed me about sales incentives.

Sales associate was wonderful, helpful, cheerful! The product is beautiful. My small complaints were when I walked in the two sales associates were helping one customer and I had to wait. The other issue is not enough choices in bracelets that are easier to close on your own. I took back a beautiful bracelet that was a gift because I just could not open it (no fingernails) or close it ( not enough strength in one hand) by myself. I like the bracelet I ended up with which is the bangle but too bad there aren’t more choices that people can work with on their own. Not everyone has a spouse. Thanks!!!
