The Sale Associate Samantha H. at the Somerset location was very knowledgeable and asked if I wanted to apply for a Pabdora Credit Card and offered to clean my bracelet. The store was very clean and I was waited on promptly.

The sales associate that helped me with my return was very understanding and did not make me feel uncomfortable coming into a high-end store to do a return. She was patient, and although she offered an exchange for me, she was not unpleasant once I told her I would prefer to still do the return and come back another day to purchase more charms as replacements. Some associates make you feel uncomfortable for returning such expensive pieces, but she was incredibly kind. The manager she called over to help us complete the return was very sweet too! I am very thankful for the experience I had at this location!

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She was patient and nice. She should me other merchandise on clearance.
