Sales rep helpful, she provided me info I didn't know about Pandora's quality assurance /product warranty, she and who appeared to be the manager provided me such great customer service - reminding why I prefer the Somerset Mall (Troy location) over the Partridge Creek (Utica location). I will always select the Troy location when making Pandora purchases.

The associate was extremely attentive. She was warm and welcoming, she wasn't overly aggressive like some associates are. She made me feel welcomed and appreciated; I would definitely look for her when I make another purchase

I came with a broken charm and the girls there very helpful. They were nice , friendly and the problem was solved fast.

I purchased a bracelet while in St. Croix and the largest size they had was too small for me. It was tight on my wrist and would come off when I was sleeping. Upon returning to the store in Michigan the store manager was very accommodating in exchanging my bracelet to a larger size.

Associate that helped me was very nice, showed me a lot of options for what I was looking for and had no problem changing what I originally picked to something else
