The store manager Danielle was very helpful and attentive, knowledge of the was most impressive. Another employee was able to glance at my product and was able to give the product number instantly, I was truly impressed.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Her customer service was great. I had her to show me so many items and she didn't have a problem running around getting them for me. The whole time I was there , she focused on just me. She was awesome.

I returned a necklace I received as a gift never wore it and it discolored in the box I left it to be cleaned and when I returned it was still discolored . The manager tried to clean it with a cloth that didn’t work so she replaced it with a new necklace I was very happy to know that pandora stands by there products.

My daughter purchased a bangle but it was too big. I didn't have the receipt and was able to return . After exchanging and placing charm on the new bangle. I saw the latest arrival and was able to exchange. The associate was friendly the entire time.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a sales associate who gave me her full attention. She was kind and courteous throughout the visit making helpful suggestions.
