I didn’t really know what I was looking for when I walked in. The sales associate was very friendly and showed me different the different sizes of rings. Then she helped me find a necklace with just the right thickness for the new pendant I was buying to match my ring.

I was able to get what I came for. I was greeted with a smile and concern of what I was looking for. I got my jewelry cleaned.

My sales person was wonderful to work with, but since you have retired so many charms I had a hard time finding the right one for the gift I was giving. I think you and your people should find out what your customers want ,because some of us have brackets with charms many of our family and friends would like and now they are retired.

Customers service was fast. Help me pick out a charm that goes with the rest of my charm. The store was very friendly.

I absolutely adore Pandora and it's products. My mother got me my first ring for my 16th birthday five years ago and it's still on my finger. I wear it every single day and it's still in beautiful shape. I wear a total of four rings every day from Pandora and I also wear my Pandora bracelet daily. I get so many compliments. I love them!

The staff is always a pleasure to work with and Britney is one of my favorites. She's very helpful and fun to work with.
