Savina K is a very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate. She is always pleasant, friendly and enthusiastic about Pandora and their jewelry and it shows.

I went right in it was kind of busy they had to take my name but the wait was no more than 5mins I received excellent customer service. Even though I already knew what I wanted the sales associate still took her time out to show me similar items! I will always go to pandora somerset from this point forward.

She was very friendly. I enjoyed her picks and advice on the purchase. Iman made it a smooth and easy task.

I was waited on almost immediately and when I explained I was on my lunch hour, the sales assistant was quick but never rushed me. She found all the beads I asked for and was probably waited on and checked out in less than 30 minutes.

I was a little uncertain what to select for a gift and the associate was able to assist me, giving me new ideas that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. She was very patient, showing me many options.

The sale associates were very professional, nice, happy, and very knowledgeable on the merchandise.
