This being my first time ever shopping at this store. I was amazed at the service I received.I explained what I wanted and besides seeing that bracelet I ended up buying two different ones since I liked both and couldn’t make up my mind. I will be back for more at a later date.

Pamela greeted me immediately and arranged for my jewelry to be cleaned….she was very, very pleasant. While I waited for Pamela to complete the cleaning….Maha and Wendy completed their conversation and assisted me in looking at a few items. They were also very helpful and kind, offering several useful suggestions. Pamela then brought my cleaned items. My encounter with all three employees was wonderful.

I was approached by staff in order of time of arrival. Staff was quick and showed me exactly what I wanted to see. Had lots of stock compared to other locations I've been to.

Alexia K. was my salesperson. She was extremely helpful and kind. I stopped at the store to exchange a ring that I had given as a Christmas gift to my daughter-in-law. Since Christmas, a stone had fallen out of that ring. Alexia spent a good amount of time answering questions and letting me try on rings. I didn't go in with the intention of buying myself something but I did. I may even look into the Pandora credit card in the near future.
