The sales lady was very,very patient with me because I wasn't sure what I wanted. I exchanged a necklace that was given to me as a gift because it was too long to my liking and I purchased another charm for my necklace. Excellent customer service. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products. Explaining shapes ,and color balancing and different weights of charms to achieve the perfect choice for me to make. My family and friends really admired my beautiful necklace and charms. I will be back again soon to purchase more charms. Very pleased customer.
