Ms .Nancy,manager at the somerset collection store was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in the store . The Mickey Mouse Disney set was no longer on display but ,Ms.Nancy know exactly where to locate . Ms. Nancy also made me aware of the different discounts that were going on at the time .

I went in on my birthday because I received a $10 coupon for being a Pandora Card holder for my birthday. Everyone said Happy Birthday to me. It was very nice :)

The associate was pleasant and knowledgeable of the merchandise. I was not sure of which charms I wanted for my bracelet. The associate showed many several different charms that she thought would compliment the other charms on my bracelet.
