The sales associate stayed calm and friendly despite the amount of people in the store. She remembered my place in line. The other associates were just as pleasant as they helped me and other customers. I did not feel rushed.

Whenever I’m in the store the staff is alway nice and polite. They made me feel very welcome. The answered all question about the merchandise I’ve purchased and future merchandise. Store #218377 ROCKS!!!

I called ahead about specific charms I was looking for and the staff reserved them for me until I could get there! I very much appreciate that! After I arrived, I rethought some of the charms and the staff was very patient with me and helped me solve my issues!

I told them what I was looking for and they was able to fulfill that quick and easy. Of course I had more options than expected but I was able to leave satisfied!
