I really enjoyed the experience in the store. I was last minute shopping for a gift and was able to get in and out of the store quickly with the help of the sales associate. I thought it was also nice they the associates wrapped my gift for me. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I went to the Pandora store in the Champaign,IL Marketplace mall; Emily helped us that evening. I could not have been more pleased with how friendly she was, we laughed and had great conversation while perfecting my bracelet; Emily made us both feel so welcome and also informed us on the app and gave me a full catalog as well. I would rate my experience with Emily during our visit a 7/5. I truly feel she went out of her way trying to find a retired bead for me, and for that I’m truly thankful to her.

Cameryn was great! I have never been in Pandora before but multiple family members of mine have Pandora bracelets and love them! She was so help and willing to show me everything in the store! I definitely will be back and ask for Cameryn again!

I love this Pandora store but I feel they need a bigger space because it's hard to move around the store. But other then that the associate was amazing.
