A charm I purchased last year had lost a stone. It was exchanged no questions asked since I had my receipt. I love the quality of Pandora and the variety as well. The associates were friendly and helpful and I appreciate that!

I didn’t feel welcome by the store manager. The associate was very helpful.

Sale representatives are all friendly and accommodating and I am satisfied with how they assist me. Store is clean and organize. I will go back in store for sure.

When I walked in staff was not very friendly towards me. When they saw I was there to make a purchase they changed and were very friendly.

It was an average shopping experience.

I had to wait for 5 mins to come in due to the store being little & also there were customers in the store already. Other than that I was satisfied with everything

I wanted a certain charm for my bracelet and it wasn't in stock.

I was happy to receive the free promotional bracelet, however, it's way too big for my wrist! I would have appreciated getting a trade to a bracelet that would fit me! I spent enough money that I actually earned TWO of these bracelets that are way too big on me! I MAY gift one to my large wristed friend, but I feel funny giving her something that was free to me! And what if it doesn't fit her and she wants to exchange it?! It's almost too embarrassing to think about! Like I said, I APPRECIATE the promotional incentive, but I REALLY think there should be options for small wristed people like me!

The young lady and young man that were at the front of store dealing with the line were fantastic. The young lady in the store seemed kinda bothered maybe a little like she didn't wanna help really gave me no feed back or direction to go! Just was there.
