There were not enough associates to assist clients. The store had one group of clients monopolizing an associate and taking up one whole side of the counter. It made it difficult to look at the merchandise to decide what I wanted to purchase.

The item that was purchased had diamonds falling it of it and my they didn’t have my size on nothing I actually wanted

The representative was really friendly. The rose gold ring I bought was beautiful! I wish that the ring was also sold in a size 4 but the smallest size was a 4.5

The price was a little high for what I bought. Would've been nice to have had a holiday sale discount.

I went on your website early morning 11/27/2019 and it a running down clock for time left for Cyber Sale. I could not order online as there would be no way for me to keep the purchase a secret until Christmas. I went into my local store in Champaign and was told I was mistaken that the sale ended Monday at closing and they could not give me the sale discount. I don't believe i was mistaken and either way I feel the discount should have been honored.

Everything was great

I saw a ring that I was very interested in but they did not have it in the size that I wanted. They also didn't have it in the size above or below what I wanted so that I can at least see and get a feel for it. I still found another ring that I really liked though.

Need better selection on clip charms

I was satisfied. It was not an exceptional visit. I felt rushed by the employee which is not what I wanted when picking out a bracelet that I plan to wear for years.

The sales associate was good, she was very helpful and assisted us in purchasing a bracelet for my daughter. I spent more than I intended to and I do wish that the prices were more prominently displayed.
