I was sold clips that do not fit on the place where you put clips but what they sold me doesn’t fit there they slid off and was told I couldn’t exchange them because they were already on the bracelet

If there is a problem with your items you should be able to return it whether it was worn or not. How am i to know if I don’t wear it that it would get caught on everything ? I just feel that is poor customer service that nothing can be done.

I asked to have the present wrapped. The sales lady said she preferred to put a bow instead. She said there want enough room to wrap really. However, all the other associates wrapped their gifts. I didn't push it because I can wrap it myself but afterward I thought I should have insisted. They were very busy so I wondered to they get a commission? Did she want to hurry to the next customer?

I realize it is Holiday Season and temporary hires are necessary. However, their training should not take place while the customer is being waited on. This caused for my sales person to be interrupted several times and it caused delays in my somewhat hectic schedule for shopping.

Sales person was a little stand offish .until I said let's go then she wanted to help me .
