3 diamonds fell out of my room was trying to get it fixed they told me since I bought in Vegas they couldn’t I contacted Vegas pandora & they sent my receipt to them proving I bought it there it was not an outlet store it was in Caesars very rude at the Champaign store

Sales associate was not personable, rude, acted like I was a bother and rushed me by tapping her hands on counter! My husband and kids saw her and was appalled.

Greeter not happy or to helpful only let one in at a time but sign says three waited over 2 hours with only 3 in front of me and still didn’t make t in the store

I shouldn’t have had to go to the store (in which is not close to my house). I was approved for a pandora credit card and cannot use it on Pandora’s website. It doesn’t make any sense at all to have a Pandora credit card and you cannot use it on Pandora’s website nor app. Very inconvenient

Nicole was our Sales Associate. When we walked in the store there was three employees and no customers. I had to say Hi first. I knew what I wanted so I went to that area first. Nicole was standing the closest to that area so she unwillingly waited on us. She showed no enthusiasm in helping us. She looked at her watch three times while we were in there and when she rang us up she offered me either a pouch or a bag but not both. I know the items are small but I would of thought you would like to have advertised that you are making sales. This was totally different from the last time I was in the store.
