Melanie was extremely helpful with me. I made my purchase online and picked up from the Marketplace Mall Pandora location in Champaign. Melanie was so helpful and patient. It was a pleasure having such great customer service especially me coming in 20mins before the store closed. I felt valued as a customer.

Our sells lady Gena was amazing. She was extremely patient with us and she explained in detail about care of the jewelry that we bought. She really made us feel she cared and was happy to help us. We will most definitely be back to get more charms. And props to Pandora for selling jewelry at a reasonable price.

The cashier was very helpful and fast and efficient with her work. She explained to me how to properly clean my jewelry and how to keep it shiny. She was a really great help !
