The options she offered gave me additional ideas and prompted my return to the store and make a final purchase. As for irony she was the store associate who assisted me. Experience was great. Associate was able to help me pick new charms as well as help replace my bracelet that was too big. Associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Almost as if we met before.
