Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable

Long lines because of the holiday. However they made the lines moves so fast. Also giving us the store copy books to already have an idea of what's inside further expedited our time. Super fast and friendly customer service. First time customer and I will be back.

I was shopping on the day before Christmas Eve, there was a line but it was orderly. The wait time to enter the store was 30minutes, however I knew what I wanted to purchase. I was in and out in ten minutes and they had the Santa Clash sleigh!!

The line was out the door. The staff was organized and moved swiftly to get you in and out. All the staff was friendly even with the Christmas rush.

Had what I was looking for Price was right Quality of merchandise

Given the timing of my visit, during the holiday, I felt the store ran smoothly, without much wait time. The sales associate I dealt with was very knowledgeable & helpful. My 1st experience in Pandora & I plan to come back.

The line went swiftly and they got people in and out in a timely manner. The service and hospitality was great. An associate helped me find an awesome gift for my mother. Her name was Shay.

The employee who serviced me was very helpful & benevolent. The store was very nice, clean, and was not overly crowded (thanks to limiting the client to worker ratio). My serviced was also very polite.

My salesperson, Carly, was friendly, acknowledgeable and more than willing to help. When asked about the Christmas ornament, gave a wonderful presentation which led me to buy two instead of one! Kudos to Carly!
