Store was clean. Salesperson knowledgeable and showed me new merchandise I was not aware of. In fact the new bracelet she showed me I purchased.

When I was first about to walk in there was a line, so I went to a different store first. I came back and there was absolutely no line. I didn't even have to wait, they took me right in and I saw a sales associate and picked out my charms. She was so patient with me when I couldn't decide between two charms.

Specific items wanted for braclet. 1 item not available, but was able to go with other utems & sales rep was knowledgeable & had great suggestions

Fact that they will allow only so many people in the store. Do not feel like you are in a box of sardines Great idea to have such control over the amount of people trying to select your beautiful jewelry. My Mom just completed an entire Pandora bracelet She started for me for my birthday and holiday gifts, many years ago. My mother is going to be 94 in February. This morning she told me I am so happy I was able to complete your Pandora bracelet. My bracelet consist of hearts With pink accents when possible. I will cherish this beautiful bracelet forever. Every time I wear it, I get compliments.

It was Thanksgiving weekend and there were enough sales associates to handle the customers. I also like the availability of the merchandise. I was looking for size 5 rings and there was a large assortment for me to browse.

I think the store manager is a great part about the experience. One of the reasons I came back. Everything was very flexible and very thorough resulting in the right decision for the gift for my wife.

Sydney was assisting me. She was patient and willing to share feedback and expertise. Sharae, Sharon, and Courtney greeted myself and my three young children immediately as we entered. Those ladies were extremely friendly with my boys and kept them occupied in conversation so that I could browse with my daughter and not feel rushed. Wonderful ladies, and great customer service.
