I was looking for a gift for someone and the sales staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and they took the time to show me a variety of charms. I will definitely be back in the future.

The sale person was very nice I ask one question and she knows what I want I didn't have to look at any thing else it was perfect.

From my 1st experience with Pandora 4 years ago has been nothing but amazing for me. I love the store layout, the customer service and of course the jewelry.

My sales clerk was awesome but one of the other associates was extremely rude to get. Their policy was to only use tablets to conclude sales. There wasn't enough tablets for all the associates. The other associate tried to rush my sales clerk to finish my sale so she could use the tablet. My sales clerk ignored her & continued assisting me with my selections. Kudos to my sales associate but the other lady needs a reprimand for her rude behavior.
