My Salesperson was Heather No 136547. The store was busy but Heather handled all of my requests. I didnt feel rushed. She took her time.

The sales associates was very patient with me. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was also very nice.

I came in to the store to make a last minute purchase of a charm for my daughter's Birthday. I was really in a hurry and didn't have much time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store located in Twelve Oaks Malls. The sales associate assisted me promptly. She was able to locate the charms I was interested in very quickly. I was able to select the charm I wanted, process the payment for my purchase and be on my way. She was also able to go over this survey and the $10.00 off my next purchase option listed on my receipt. This was an Awesome customer experience.

I returned to this store because my princess ring and a charm broke, which was surprising. Lesia took care of the situation so nicely. Very pleased with the customer service here.
