I was very very dissatified with the amount of time it took for an assistant to wait on me. I couldnt barely at all even look for charms cause 2 different couples took up all the room. Then the asst. Who waited on me could not get the spacers on, somone had to do it for her. Then I felt like I was being rushed the whole time while picki ng out charms

The wait time to enter the store was fairly long. However, the associate that helped me made my experience great!

I was constantly watched and made to feel as though I was there to steal. I came to treat myself for my birthday. And it’s always the same manager. I understand you’re there to protect your stores merchandise, but observe everyone and not one particular class of people, because she was definitely obvious! And it’s not my only encounter with her. My sales associate was pleasant (once eliminated to assist me). I came with a particular necklace in mind to purchase. I searched through the selections until I found two. My sales associate never offered any suggestions. I just brainstormed aloud until my transaction was complete. I’m assuming she was new to the position or had other matters pressing that required more of her attention. I should receive satisfactory assistance wether I’m browsing or purchasing. I digress, because despite the experience, I will return.

Sales staff was extremely slow and did not acknowledge I was in the store until after about 5 minutes then I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to make a 2 minute purchase. I will just order on line. Pandora should offer free shipping on $25 or more purchases instead of $75 or more.

The sales associate (I believe her name was DJ) had huge knowledge of each item, made wonderful suggestions (“try this ring with this one” or “I have the same ring you are testing and I match it with that one”), and was very kind and nice. I have been a Pandora client for sometime and this is the first time I see someone with this knowledge. Great experience!

Sales associate could not remove one of the charms from a previously purchased bracelet and the only choice was to put new charm on only one side of charm or cut the charm off and purchase a new bracelet and put all charms on it. I chose the latter

When I went into the store I was not greeted. I waited and still had no assistance. Another customer went into the store and was greeted and offered assistance
