I know it’s difficult during the pandemic but there should be more associates so we don’t have to wait outside the store. Maybe give people a catalog to look at while waiting. That’s part of the problem when people take so long to make a purchase.

Stock seemed low and what i was looking for was not available in the store. I was told the bracelet my girlfriend wanted was discontinued, but was still in catalogue.

There were three customers in the store. Two were together. But 5-6 employees working. I had to stand outside the store which I understand but everyone just looked at me nobody said hello or we'll be with you in a second. One lady that was trying to leave the store with a baby had to stand for several minutes to get let out and even she had to get loud to tell someone to let her out the store. If it was for Ms. Raven coming to let me in and giving me service I would have been extremely mad. Ms. Raven was very professional and friendly and had excellent customer service. She was the only one. She put me in the system and I don't know why the last associate didn't put me in it since I spent almost $200 on August 13, 2021. I guess I wasn't important enough for them to want me to return. But this store doesn't have to worry about it because I won't .
