The wait to get into the store was very long and disappointing because I could see I that some team members were in no rush to get the next customer in

I was Satisfied with my service. I didnt have any problems. But the wait was very long due to covid .

Dekrayat was very nice my visit was less than 5 minutes because she knew exactly what I wanted, she also made sure to sanitize between each customer.

I had to wait almost 45 minutes to an hour just to enter into the store. Also some of the charms I wanted were out of stock. And pandora prices are too high!

The salesperson was great and help me with everything

The store should have more reps available to assist and provide instructions. There was not a good amount of charms available.

Even though we're going through the covid 19 situation I feel this Location should have at least 3 people working the counter at this Location.the wait was too hot and long the mall was hot where was the AIR

The items that my step daughter wanted for her birthday were only sold online. It was frustrating because of the wait to get in the store to find out I couldn’t purchase it there. I should have called first. Lesson learned

Even though the sign in front of the store sad masks required shoppers were let in without mask.The 2 ladies ahead of me did not even bring one.They walked through the store, too close to other customers and touched every display.When it was my turn I had to ask the manager to wipe down my aria before we even got started. I was hoping that everything gets wiped in between customers.One sales rep wore her mask incorrectly, under her nose. The store itself looked great .I know these are special times but I work at a hospital and we manage just fine.

Although my sales associate (Heather) was great; very clean, kind, personable, professional and knowledgeable about the product there wasn't much to pick from and the collection I came for wasn't available in store.
