Pandora Jewelry

I am a lady and I don’t like to be referred to as a guy when in a group of ladies. Also, my charm doesn’t fit the bracelet that I am trying to put it in.

I was not highly satisfied because this is not my neighborhood Pandora location. But I was satisfied because this location was open and they had 3 out of the 5 items I needed.

The sales associate Heather was awesome. I was looking at several charms to represent the memory of my son and she suggested the perfect gift. I bought myself a heart charm and had it engraved with his name on it and I love it. Ordering my sister 1 on my next visit who also lost her son a month before me.

I was satisfied with my sales associate, Heather A. and her knowledge of what items they had available in the store at the time of my visit.

Not enough employees to service customers-low merchandise in stock

I was not highly satisfied with this Pandora visit because this is the second time within the month that I've come to purchase an item and it wasn't in stock.

Store associate had attitude the entire time. Also when I called earlier about checking to see if an item in stock (Christmas carousel) they stated they didn't have it. I drove an hour to another store to purchase. then when I went to Novi saw the charm and she said we didn't have it then showed her then she grabbed it then tossed it on the counter.

It was the holiday season so the wait was long and the computer was moving slow. Have more workers during peak season

Great visit, no reason.

Not enough options
