The sales associate Heather was awesome. I was looking at several charms to represent the memory of my son and she suggested the perfect gift. I bought myself a heart charm and had it engraved with his name on it and I love it. Ordering my sister 1 on my next visit who also lost her son a month before me.

Store associate had attitude the entire time. Also when I called earlier about checking to see if an item in stock (Christmas carousel) they stated they didn't have it. I drove an hour to another store to purchase. then when I went to Novi saw the charm and she said we didn't have it then showed her then she grabbed it then tossed it on the counter.
