Always love this store and staff

I was acknowledged and welcome immediately upon arrival. My salesperson Gabrielle understood what I liked right away and was able to assist and recommend items that would interest me with ease. The other staff members were courteous, friendly and the team worked together well.

When I went to the 12 oaks mall store I went for a return. I got there and someone came to help me right away. And then I saw one of the managers that had left 2 years ago Gabbie. I was so happy to see she was back so she came over to help with the return and then I ended up buying two more charms only because of her! Excited to have her back so I know if I need help she’ll be there. She’s the best!

Experienced excellent customer service from Keena R. I was able to receive A1 customer support even though they were very busy at the time. She put my 4 charms on 2 different bracelets as instructed and cleaned all 4 of my bracelets
