Alexis was wonderful while assisting me find some items that could go while with the new bracelet I was putting together for my deceased 19 yr old daughter. I love how she listened me and made me feel comfortable and loved 🥰. She was warm and welcoming.

In the store there was a wait in order to meet with a sales associate however the wait wasn’t long but when I was my turn I never felt as though I was being rushed. She saw my aunts bracelet while my order was processing and offered to clean it and helped her with the customer service information when she mentioned the clasps has came apart before.
