My salesperson was Daleda. She was professional in every way. She listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me pieces that I didn't want. Her customer service was perfect. She has a wonderful attitude toward her job and her co-workers. Because of her and the professionalism of the store I will be back. There are quite a few pieces that I didn't get today but, will be purchasing in the future. The Novi Mall store has a great staff of people who know what they are doing. I'm so glad I was apart of the Black Friday experience at Pandora. Happy Holidays.

I felt the sales associate was really knowledgeable about the charms and helped me select ones I could proudly give as a gift. She informed me of new charms and charms no longer sold. she took her time with us and I appreciated that.

They have a lot of different jewelry to choose from. You are able to try on the jewelry to make sure you like it. Everything is beautiful.
