Whitney S was very helpful in finding the charm I was looking for and even though the ring I also wanted to get wasn’t available in store she also offered to find my ring size for when I can find it. 10/10

I had never been to a Pandora store before, and was a little unsure on how the process would go. Cindy (Cynthia H.) was extremely patient and helpful with me. I was buying bracelets and charms for my twin nieces, who are the age where they are a bit picky. But Cindy helped me pick out charms that were perfect. Cindy suggested engraving their name on the charms for a special touch. And it was exactly what I needed! She was patient and helpful when showing me pet charms also. I highly recommend this store and especially Cindy.

It was a joy to have Alexis T no. 234371 as my customer service representative, she was highly knowledgeable of what I was looking for offered information and was concerned about helping me to obtain what I was looking for. I would definitely revisit this location really a pleasure for her to help me.

Even though I had to wait to be serviced the sales associate was very patient and helpful to complete my purchase. Even after I had to purchase the charm off display. But I was disappointed that the cleaning machine wasn’t working.

Great service, fair prices, lots of inventory

I was looking for late mother to daughter Mother’s Day gift items and my sales associate, Kaneese was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowlegeable. I only wish Pandora had some mother celebrating daughters as mothers charm options.

They very nice , I love they charm , go so many to choose from, some are over priced though
