Joana was very knowledgeable about the necklace I wanted to purchase. She also recommended a few other pieces that I liked. I could see the associates cleaning in between customers.

The representative who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly.

The sale rep was very helpful and understanding only probably was the free Bracelet did I receive through the mail was unable to be returned because she said they no longer carry that bracelet I was very upset I don’t wouldn’t understand how I received a broken bracelet thank you

I was nervous going to the mall first of all. I visited 2 other stores plus Pandora and I have to say BRAVO to this store because we waited outside for our turn and once our salesperson finished with the previous guest she thoroughly cleaned the counter working area. Once we came in she was the most helpful and friendly salesperson we worked with. She never rushed us. Answered all questions, gave me wonderful suggestions and ideas for my bracelet. I would definitely come back to this store for any future purchases. My family and I appreciated the extra mile your employees went to make this a great shopping expericence.
