Pandora Jewelry

The girl that helped me I believe was the assistant manager. She was so sweet and patient while I chose from the hundreds of rings available. She also cleaned a ring that I was already wearing as I made my decision! Shout out to her!

It was three of us and were greeted promptly at the door and our one Rep serviced us at the same time, she was awesome! She made sure we saw as many charms as we could, made sure our jewelry was cleaned and set all the charms on the bracelet for us each. One even opened a credit account, we will be going back to the Novi store.

During this pandemic I haven't been to a mall or store however, it was my mother's Birthday and I wanted to buy her something special.. The store only allowed a certain amount of people in the store which I was very happy to see and the associate was very helpful and accommodating...

My salesperson, she was great, with a smile, caring.

I went to the 12 oaks Pandora store and the manager Melissa was more than kind with me, she made an exception on my return which i really appreciate. This is the reason that i continue to shop with pandora and have 3 full bracelets is because of the great service i always get in store. They always make sure i'm satisfied & happy!! The sales associate was very polite and friendly. I was picking up a gift for someone else and she was very patient while I contacted the person. Something was sold out but she told me the date that it is expected to be back in stock. As well as giving me the option to order online. She was very helpful.
