The associated were very welcoming and nice. They all made my daughter feel great on her bday by wishing her a happy bday. As well as being very patient with her while she decided which charm she wanted.

The clerk who assisted me was not only extremely helpful her personality matched! She listened to my stories about what I was looking for and why and picked out the perfect bracelet for my daughter.

i was happy with my sales person! A i was thankful how they cleaned my pandora chain that i been had. Their whole service was great.

Sales rep was very polite. Thaw sales representatives was very knowledgeable about products. The sales representative also was able to offer other products that would make the sales.

I was overall displeased with the time that I had to wait to be able to have access to the store. The sales associates were not handling the customers in a timely manner. I understand that we are dealing with a national pandemic but I felt as if the sales associates could have pretty much had a time limit for each customer instead of allowing the customer to ensure the store and pretty much just being there lounging around for 30 minutes as if there’s not other individuals outside of their establishment waiting to get inside
