I like shopping at the store so I can see the merchandise but the availability of stock was low didn’t have that many things to choose from

I was highly satisfied because they had signs up concerning covid procedures. When you walked in it was someone to assist you right away, pulled out what I requested and showed more product than I knew they had.

I went in the store at Novi mall of Michigan,twice in one week,and both times the sales associates were absolutely wonderful. It was a tough time on one visit because of family passing,very great experience and going back today.

Great customer service!! However they were out of 4 charms that I wanted, I anticipated on buying 10 :) but I still left with 6. Anywho Brianna was super nice & knowledgeable!!

I was the first customer, so I was greeted and waited on right away. I bought 2 items and the sales person showed me similar merchandise when 1 item I wanted was not available. The sales persons had masks and there was hand sanitizer available for customers.

The pandora store only let in a couple people at a time to abide my social distancing regulations. Also the sales associates cleaned the counter after/before each customer. Also the sales associates were super helpful not only to the customers but to each other.
