The mall was crowded. The store was following covid-19 requirements to a tee. They were amazing. They had slim to none of the rose gold charms in my price range. And my sales associate, Christina- so nice!

Our sales associate was absolutely wonderful. Her knowledge of the items of the store was great but most important she gave the best customer service. I would return just because she made you feel welcomed to the store.

Heather was very professional. She took her time with me and was able to order my ring and had it shipped to my house. Keep up the good work Heather you were awesome!

This was my first time shopping at Pandora and I’m very happy with my experience. The line while waiting outside the store moved rather quickly because of the efficiency of the workers. Melysa was my jeweler (is that a word?) and she was awesome! I walked in and told her I was looking for an everyday rose gold ring and she delivered. She didn’t try too hard to upsell anything to me or try to be pushy, overbearing and annoying. She simply gave her opinion and knowledge when it was appropriate. I really appreciate that about her and I will definitely be back. Thank you all for working during these weird COVID times.

This was an online purchase so none of the questions regarding associates, in-store, etc are applicable. My online experience was wonderful as always. Hard to choose 1 item from 100s are awesome choices.

The employees were very nice and made sure to wipe off everything before we came in and then were great getting what we needed and helping us find what we were looking for.

Sales associate was just wonderful and very helpful. Was buying a graduation gift for granddaughter. Love the bracelet and charm.
