The staff was so friendly, she was knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled different charms. The store was clean I appreciate the staff wiping down the corner after every customer.

My first time Purchasing a Pandora bracelet the sales person was very kind and understanding she help me look for exactly what I wanted and exactly what I needed for me and my daughter so we will be there soon

I am a fan of the jewelry already. I own at least five bracelets. I love the ability to customize the jewelry with the many charms available. The Novi store is always clean and the associates are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.

It was actually my daughters that I sent to the store to make this purchase. They were so pleased with the attention their sales associate gave them and how kind she was. She treated them like vip didn’t make them rush or brush them off in anyway. We will definitely consider shopping here before anywhere else for All upcoming shopping trips

This particular Pandora store has always been so friendly and accommodating whenever I have had any issues. I truly cannot say that about other locations. I have 4 bracelets and rings and earrings. I love this location. Always recognize me as a valued customer.

We expected to be turned away because of our shopping time. My daughter got all her college coursework completed before we left for our first trip to this mall in many months. It was my daughter’s birthday and only asked to shop at Pandora. We hesitated, then were warmly welcomed in the store! We were treated better than I could have imagined. We were treated like we could have all the time needed by all, not just by the sweetest worker directly helping us. Nobody sprayed cleaner to affect my breathing. We were very politely asked about our payment method so they could take care of cash. My daughter was able to get her charm for her birthday gift and I bought her two rings I wasn’t expecting to buy because of the amazing experience. I’ve been highly stressed as being a direct care health worker. I truly appreciate the kindness demonstrated to make my daughter’s day so special.

Sydney was great and knowledgeable about the products. The store is taking the proper steps during covid19. I was happy to be able keep the free gift and still exchange for a smaller bracelet!
