I just lost my mom and was looking for a charm to honor her. The sales associate was so kind and helpful and made my experience a great one.

I had an exchange and Bianca took care of me most expeditiously after conferring with her manager, who immediately stopped what she was doing to assist, getting the corect size bracelet for my return with no problem. This is the ONLY Pandora I shop at and will continue to do so, due to the EXCELLENT customer service I receive each and EVERY time I shop.

The experience was very good hi pre-ordered and also bought in store. The sales lady was awesome. She knew what she was talking about and we had a great time looking at all the gorgeous charms.

The sales associates were helpful and friendly. They took time with my cousin and I and answered all of our questions. We didn’t feel rushed or like we were a bother. I’ve had nothing but great experiences each time I’ve been to Pandora to make purchases.

My sales associate Breah was too sweet! She was fast and knowledgeable and helped me and my mom with our new bracelets. She also allowed us to look at matching charms and that was awesome!
