I went during the pandemic in June and dispute the social distancing rules of waiting outside the store the staff was very nice and speedy which helped I went in for the cleaning of my bracelet and end up buying a new charm

Gabbie was great on giving me advice on everything in the store also Heather and the manager was wonderful did not rush me and I took my time and it still is well maintained for safety and health you know what

My sales person was very friendly ,patient and knowledgeable about the products . She even place my online merchandise that was on sale but no longer in the store .
