I WAS AT THE 12 OAKS LOCATION IN NOVI. MY HOSTESS GABRIELLE WAS AWESOME. SHE SHOWED ME ALL THE GOOD STUFF. SO FRIENDLY AND BUBBLY. SHE WAS SO PATIENCE.

The store was clean and no one was allowed to enter without a mask to prevent anyone from getting sick. The associates were extremely nice and the exchange went smoothly.

My experience at pandora was extremely excellent. The manager was very helpful and allowed me to take my time while shopping!

The associate took her time to clean everything before i was allowed to enter the store, she was very knowledgeable of products and knew exactly what i was looking for she handled my exchange and informed of new products.

Every thing was very satisfactory

I was very pleased with my visit and the sales representative was great. The only issue I encountered was the tablet wasn't working when it was time to check out. My card had to be swiped twice because we thought the first transaction didn't go thru. But the next morning when I checked my account I had been charged twice. That was a little inconvenient because I had to call my bank and dispute one of the charges.

I enjoyed my experience! She was nice and asked me personal questions to help with my choice and knew exactly what would work for my bracelets and I loved it.

The salesperson was very friendly and helpful, the store was very clean, and equipped with sanitizers for safety.
