My visit to the Pandora in Twelve Oaks Mall was the highlight of my day. Jill was the sales associate that assisted me and SHE is the reason I would return. She was incredibly helpful but most of all personable. I was picking out a ring for my Maid of Honor which she helped me with and I also bought my wedding ring there which Jill helped me with. Jill created an incredible customer service experience and also spoke so highly of the quality of Pandora. I hadn't been to Pandora in a long time but I would return because of the experience Jill created for me.

Had to visit for my birthday gift.

I walked into the store maybe about 15 minutes before closing and the associate greeted me and another associate was able to help me with my selections. She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a gift for someone. I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying. My gift was wrapped nicely and everyone delivered great service and worked as a team!
