Store was neat and clean and beautifully decorated and lit. Sales staff greeted me and offer assistance. They were knowledgeable and friendly and worked very hard to find just the right thing based on what I was looking for. Gabrielle was very efficient, knowledgeable of the merchandise and helpful. She knew just what kind of charm I was looking for and presented me with several options that would fit my needs.
