Sales Associate was really helpful & Friendly

The manager Gabbie was very helpful and trying to assist in everything since we had a horrible experience with the store we originally purchased the bracelet. This store was very pleasant and friendly will defiantly be going back because they actually care and want to help. very please with Gabbie and the Pandora staff

Great Cusomer Service, Friendly saleswoman

The associate who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made great suggestions and had my bracelet cleaned quickly for me.

Waited in line for approximately 20 minutes to get in store. But was taken care of right away at entrance. Sales girl was excellent!

The line moved quickly. Everyone was friendly.

The Assistant Manager Gabbie was very kind and extremely helpful towards me my whole visit. Three of the sales associates were very rude and one even yelled at me "I don't want to deal with you" before getting Gabbie to come talk with me. The experience I had with Gabbie alone was the reason I was very satisfied with the experience. She was a positive offset to the negativity of the sales associates because they treated me like I was stupid and not worth their time. I'd still recommend this store though because at least I know the management there concerns for the customer more than the sales associates do.

Sales people were very courteous. Long wait but orderly.

Even though we had to wait in line to enter store (holiday season), the associate was in great spirit. Didnt feel rushed in making a ring choice.

I was highly satisfied because one the price and object puchased was great and two, the free gift made it all the better! Two gifts in one yeah!!!
