The store is bright and open with helpful displays and prearranged items. The staff is friendly each time I have visited the store no matter how busy it is, and they will take the time it takes to make sure you are pleased. This is from a man who hates shopping.

Sales associate Hailey was very helpful and patient. She made the overall shopping experience much more pleasant with her knowledge and recommendations.

Greeted the instant we came thru the doors, a smiling sales assistant asked how she could help, I was picking up a Christmas gift for my granddaughter never thinking about me till she asked if there was anything I'd like to see & now I have anew pc also.

My sales associate Heather, was very easy to work with. She knows the product well and she has a keen ability to listen to what the buyer is looking for. I've worked with sales associates who impose their own personal tastes onto the buyer but she didn't do that. She was very careful to ensure that I was able to find what I was looking for. As a side note, some of the Pandora sales associates seem overly friendly which sometimes comes across as disingenuine. Within 12 Oaks, there has also seemed to be a strange shift to pushy sales techniques within the kiosks located in the main hallways. I didn't like that part of my shopping experience. Someone needs to take this feedback to 12 Oaks Management. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way.

The workers were extremely friendly and made several helpful recommendations.

The associate I dealt with seemed a bit confused as to the stock in the store but she worked with her team members and showed me the products I wanted to see.
